Summary04611: Can't take a multilingual survey at "adanced survey options" screen
Description

When switching to the "advanced survey options" by clicking the "left arrow" at the question groups heading you can't take a multilingual survey. The "green wheel" ("Test this survey") is there but when clicking it, nothing happens.
This is due to the fact that there is a list of languages at multilingual surveys which is not shown at this screen. You'll see it once you click the "right arrow" icon.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Import the attached survey
  2. Go to the "advanced survey options screen".
  3. Click the "Test this survey" wheel icon
  4. Nothing happens...
  5. Switch back to the standard option (we should add a hoover help text there!).
  6. The list of languages appears.
