Summary04561: Conditions are broken after upgrading from 1.87 to 1.90+
Description

After upgrading from 1.87 to 1.90+ all my conditions in all of my surveys do not work. I am able to set the conditions but when taking the survey the questions always shows even when the conditions are not met.

Conditions based on an answer on a previous question does not work. Conditions based on a previous question but set to a constant which will force the question to hide works.

-I've tried creating a new survey by importing my previous survey structure and I get the same result.
-I've tried deleting the question and adding a new question and I get the same result.

Steps To Reproduce

Followed typical procedures to upgrade from 1.87 to 1.90.

It was a custom template. Switching to one of the default templates worked. You sir are a genius! Thanks!

There were small changes in the templates which are crucial. Rather customize a standard template again, which shoudl be easier than to find out what changed ;).
