Summary	04449: Copying survey does not fully maintain skip logic conditions
Description	When I copy a survey using the "Copy Survey" feature it doesn't retain the full skip logic conditions. It will retain that fact that there are conditions for a particular question. It also retains the "comparison operator" and "answer". However, it deletes the "question".
Steps To Reproduce	Tried it with two different surveys.

wjc3 2010-07-06 05:28 reporter ~12361	Hi Thibault. Sorry for the delay. I uploaded a ZIP file with four files. Two lime survey survey exports and two screenshots. The exports are export structures of an "original" and then a "copy" of the original. As you'll see in the "original" screenshot, the conditions appear just fine (questions, comparison operator, and answer). But the "copy" screenshot shows that the question in the condition gets deleted but retains the comparison operator and the answer. The "original" survey works just fine, but the conditions for the "copy" survey render it useless (specifically, it doesn't allow you to go beyond the first question without dumping the user out of the survey.
