Summary04427: LSRC can't activate survey
Description

LSRC sActivateSurvey function doesn't work. The function doesn't throw any exceptions, but the survey isn't activated.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create a new survey, e.g., with LSRC example template_db138.
2) Call the method sActivateFunction for the newly created survey. It can be done in the testclient.

I am not sure what's causing this...

I cannot promise any time to look into it, but I will..

for now, I advise everyone who wants to use the lsrc badly, to use version 1.86 on a server which runs PHP 5.2...

elmaneno, if you fixed it on PHP 5.2.13 just mark it as resolved.

This appears to have already been resolved in a prior commit. I've tested it on a Windows/Apache/PHP 5.2.13 platform and the sActivateSurvey call worked like a charm.
