Summary04357: Survey Settings cleared when using Google Chrome
Description

Second step settings (like title and welcome message) are cleared if you navigate to some other page and then come back to survey settings and press "Save and continue". Notices like

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a new survey and fill something into description, welcome message etc.
  2. Save the survey and select "Survey Settings" from navigation bar
  3. Click "Save and continue >>"
  4. Now we're in step 2 of 2 of editing survey settings. As far I am concerned, the settings from previous step should be saved and I should be able to navigate somewhere else. Press "Survey Settings" again.
  5. Press "Save and continue"
  6. Notices should appear if debug = 1 and welcome message/description/etc. should be empty.
Additional Information

Happens only when using Chrome. I tried with other browsers and they work fine.
