Description

When exporting the survey results to Word, you get a Word document with the following content:

Column 'token' in field list is ambiguous:SELECT id, lastpage, startlanguage, token, 47112X4X37, 47112X4X45snel, 47112X4X45net, 47112X4X45nauw, 47112X5X49jarig#0, 47112X5X49jarig#1, 47112X5X49rowdy#0, 47112X5X49rowdy#1, 47112X5X49rinse#0, 47112X5X49rinse#1, lime_tokens_47112.firstname, lime_tokens_47112.lastname, lime_tokens_47112.email FROM lime_survey_47112 LEFT OUTER JOIN lime_tokens_47112 ON lime_survey_47112.token = lime_tokens_47112.token ORDER BY id

Steps To Reproduce

Go to results.
Click 'Export to program'
Change settings as indicated in the screenshot
Open the word-document and you'll only have above error in it

Rowdy, can you attach your survey? Because the behavior migth depend on certain settings like anonymous/non-anonymous answers which we have to use to reproduce the problem.

I can reproduce the problem using the attached survey and export settings as shown at the screen shot.

Error message:
