Summary04327: Some oddities in survey results
Description

There is a problem with the completed y/n and name-fields from the tokenlist in the survey-responses.
I have attached a 3-in-1 screenshot showing all the discrepancies I discovered. A picture says more than a thousand words.

  1. Is your survey anonymous or non-anonymous?

  2. Did you enable public registration?

Hello Mazi,

Thank you for getting back to me.

1) Non-anonymous
2) Public registration is disabled

If needed, I can give you the admin-login of the installation so you can verify things yourself.
It is a test-environment (obviously, since I installed the beta)

I have also attached the LSS file of the survey if that helps.

Did some more comparing to version 1.87 and in that version, the Name / E-mailaddress fields are not present in the results at all.
This a very useful new feature in 1.90 so it would be really great if it could be fixed. It's much easier to have the name of the respondent present when viewing the results.

When importing your survey I see that the survey is set to be non anonymous. Is that true or just an import problem?

If the survey is anonymous that would at least explain the fact that the user details are not listed at the survey answers because there is no reference between them.
Then only the "completed" information is wrong.

No, the survey is non-anonymous, I also indicated that in my previous response. Perhaps you mis-read, you must get a lot of bug reports.
So the import is correct and there is a relation between the token and the responses.
You can also see that from my screenshot: when you click the tokencode, you get a screen clearly stating the name and e-mailaddress of that person, so the relation is there.
So it's really the 'completed' is wrong and the userinfo seems to be missing.
I also tried to make a Word-export to see if that would contain the userinfo correctly (it does in 1.87), but the Word export is also broken. I made a seperate bug-report for that just now.

Thanks for your time so far and keep up the good work!

Texens, can you please take a look since you (if I remember correctly) coded parts of this.
Thanks!

I am very sorry, I uploaded the wrong LSS file the first time.

The right file is this one:
vincis_limesurvey_survey_47112.lss [^] (25,039 bytes) 2010-05-12 10:09

This file can be deleted from the ticket:
limesurvey_survey_94686.lss [^] (53,083 bytes) 2010-05-10 19:26

The screenshot and all other info is correct.

I can reproduce the problem using the new survey (#47112).

  1. Token details are not shown at the general overview.
  2. Token details are not shown at the detailled, single entry view.
  3. Completed information is wrong at the detailled view.

(see attached screen shot)
