Summary04310: page errors in IE 7 in edit survey settings
Description

editing the survey settings in ie7 gives page errors such as

line 392 char 1 error 'mylangs' is undefined
code 0

and line 146 char 90
expected hexadecimal digit code 0

works fine in firefox

Fixed in revision 8722.

I removed an incorrect backslash in $uploadurl in config-defaults.php. This was causing incorrect URLs to the upload/ directories to be generated.

This backslash would also prevent custom templates from working so there may be related bugs.
