Summary04306: Excel export bug when result seems to be an Excel formula
Description

I've got apache "Internal server error" when trying to export survey in Excel format.

The error occure when a result in a text field start with "=" char and contain impossible math expression

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create survey
  2. Create single group
  3. Create single ask (format : long text field)
  4. Activate survey
  5. Run survey
  6. Write exactelly the text field :

=(lme alu(j+1) x coeff alu x %alu)-décote (fonction de la teneur en alu variable entre 45 et 70 % d'alu))

  1. Finish the survey
  2. Go to result, and try to export all results in Excel format

The loading time take 20 sec on my server, then crash with "Internal server error" message.

In appache error log file Just one line : "Premature end of script headers"

I confirm the bug.
It might be related to a bug in the Excel library we're using.

I set priority to high since I feel like this may cause server crashes/Deny of servces or worse...

Fixed in rev 8703: now all fields beginning by an "=" char are enclosed in double quotes in Excel export.
