Summary04287: Long question text overlaps itself when editing question
Description

When creating a question that involves a large amount of text, the full text of the question appears in the "question editing" bar. However, instead of wrapping within the question editing bar (or being truncated), the text continues down the page and overlaps with all of the page elements that appear below the question bar. This makes it impossible to read much of the text that appears on the page. Screenshot is attached.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a question in a survey (e.g., a boilerplate question). Paste a long passage of text into the the question text box. Update question. Now, select this question in the question bar. The long text should appear to overlap itself.

Fixed in revision 8616.

I changed the "height" style of the menubar-title elements to "min-height". This allows the element to flow to the size of its contents.
