Summary04241: Problem when importing deactivated survey responses
Description

Error: INSERT INTO lime_survey_89194 ( submitdate, lastpage, startlanguage, 89194X892X2877, 89194X892X2878, 89194X892X2879, 89194X892X2880, 89194X892X2880comment) VALUES( '1980-01-01 00:00:00', 'en', NULL, NULL, NULL, 'Q4A', 'Because it is a way for people to keep in touch and find out information.', NULL); Column 'startlanguage' cannot be null

This is the error I receive when importing deactivated survey responses, it means users cannot acces their results

I can't reproduce this problem at the latest 1.90betae version. This are the steps I tried:

  1. deactivate a running survey which has answers.
  2. Activate the survey
  3. Go to the browse response screen and choose the "import answers from deactivated survey table"
  4. everything went fine.

can you provide step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem?

Can you also attach your survey fro testing?

You are most probably trying to import results from an earlier LimeSurvey version which isn't really supported.
