==> the {QUESTION_CODE}-tag is available at question.pstpl - at least for the templates bluengrey and business_grey, but the question code is missing in the template preview ==> only the ":" gets displayed

It has assigned empty global variable $questioncode for {QUESTION_CODE} , instead i set $question['code']. Thats it.
