Summary03975: Error at recovering existing token table
Description

I have the following error, if I want to reuse an old token table:

import attached survey

create token table

enter some tokens

activate survey

fill out survey

deactivate survey

enter token menu ==> admin is asked, if the wants to create a new token table or to recover an old existing one ==> choose to recover the old/existing one

in the token summary the correct list of tokens gets displayed

at a click at "View tokens" I get the following error:

Could not find token!

1) If I have a look at the database I see that the correct table name is "lime_tokens_56261" and not "prandstetteratdb4.lime_survey_56261"!

2) When I activate the survey and enter the tokens menu I can "View tokens" without any problem!
