Summary03957: Startdate, submitdate, datestamp (last action) stores wrong values
Description

How to reproduce:
Create a survey, non anonymous, using tokens. Start the survey, don't answer anything:
Submitdate = NULL
startdate = date/time you started
datestamp (last action) = date/time you started

Add some answers and submit the survey:
Submitdate = date submitted BUT time="00:00:00"
startdate = date/time you SUBMITTED(!?), former start date gets overwritten
datestamp (last action) = date/time you submitted (fine)

I don't see why this should be intended behavior that on submit ALL dates are set to the submitdate?!

It is intended behaviour. A survey starts when the first data is submitted = first page is submitted.
If you have only one page then you get the described data.
