1) Exist emails
2) Invitation was send with previous version
3) Reminders were send with previous version

1) I can't reproduce the issue = I have no problems sending mails ==> please check your settings again.

2) LimeSurvey v1.87RC4 or later has a new email debug setting at the global settings menu ==> see attached screenshot ==> which error do you get?

Where are the debug messages?
In the screen where always appear the list of reminders sent now appear the next message:

The SMTP errors are just shown at the screen, where you send the messages.
Reading your posted warning I think that none of your emails fulfill the basic requirements to be send:

having a VALID email address

having been sent an invitation, but not having yet completed the survey

check your token table for mentioned basic requirements

please also add your survey structure, else the vv-export is useless

1) There is no error messages.
2) After update from 1.87 RC3 to RC4, in (global) Email settings, the field "Email batch size:" changed to 0 (zero). After I change it to other number the reminders were sent as before the problem.
I think that limesurvey must evaluate this field in order to the warning reflects this condition (batch size equals 0)

@ c_schmitz: what do you think about the suggestion from pirna?

I think that LimeSurvey does not magically set maxemails to 0.
I will include a check to set it to 1 if <0
