Summary03903: "show advanced settings" in question edit mode shows bad alginments
Description

the extra menus (show advanced settings) are not were they should be.
most of them are wide right out of the original window.
looks like a wrong html - table - code
like you have 2 columns but tell him he should merge 3 columns.

I can' reproduce that issue on FF 3.5 and IE8, but I don't have IE7 and therefore I can't test if this issue is still reproduceable at v1.87RC4 ==> gasthoerer: can you test it for me and tell us?

Fixed and checked in at revision 8054.

I set the fieldsets in the advanced setting div to display:block so they'll be centered when left and right margins are set to auto.
