it is pretty easy.

i have set $debug = 0; but in the php settings "show error msg: on"

then you need a survey with mandatory questions. now just dont answer them and click to the next page, so you will get the msgbox from limesurvey, but also some "notice:" lines on top

because of writing those lines he busts his font sizes.
with switching the php setting to not show those, the same survey keeps stable.

I can reproduce, that PHP error, warnings,... break the layout.
@ c_schmitz: is this a bug, because there should be PHP error or warnings in productive environment - or?

How to reproduce:
0) use Firefox
1) http://www.prandstetter.at/limesurvey/index.php?sid=29846
2) At the second question page set a date
3) Proceed to group 4
==> as long as the notices are displayed some layout elements are not correct ==> the font size of the "[Exit and clear survey]"-button is too large

That's not a bug - just configure your PHP correctly.
