in admin mode, when selecting a survey made in 1.72

Notice: Undefined index: dateformat in C:\wwwroot\www\survey\admin\html.php on line 909

this happened afer an upgrade from 1.72 to 1.86

database was upgraded succesfully.

We also strongly recommend to update to 1.86 - 1.85 is old by now.
