Summary03618: Can't load not completed questionlist
Description

After login with a token in a survey, you can have a button "load unfinished survey".
The next window asks for a name and token.
After this window you get an sql error:

I can't reproduce the error on MySQL on the latest build.

@steven8000: can you upgrade to the latest stable plus build and test again? Did the upgrade solve your problem?

@ c_schmitz: can you test at MSSQL?
