Summary03474: VV-Import isn't working: Notice at import and data is missing
Description

I get the following notice (with turned on debug mode), if I do a VV-Import of the VV-Export attached at #3473:
Notice: Undefined index: 47144X400X2335 in /home/.sites/962/site989/web/limesurvey/admin/vvimport.php on line 258

Steps To Reproduce

Import survey structure from:

http://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=3473

Activate survey

Do a VV-Import of VV-Export from:

http://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=3473
==> Notices at Import and only some base data are imported (only the columns id and Completed)

Very strange - I really can reproduce the issue.
Do you get all fields and columns imported correctly?

I can reproduce the vv import problem anymore. I have exported results, deactivated survey, activated survey and imported exported data.

There is no error message at import but only the fields "ID" and "completed" are imported. No answers!
