Description

The admin can not see and select the created user-groups in the select-box.
(Create/edit groups --> usergroups --> Please choose...)
The groups exist in the database and an other user can see these.

Both of your latest reported bugs (03357 and #3358) sound like:

incomplete installation (upload to server problem - not all files being transfered) => re-upload LimeSurvey files!

bad browser cache ==> clear browser cache

Please provide feedback, if you could solve your problems (by our hints?)!

I tried to create and administrate (as admin) the user groups.
When I createed a new group then the system give an error message "Failed to add group! Group already exists!"
But I can find the group in the database (table user _groups).
The admin can not see anyone group but an other user is been able to see all groups.

The same problem I found for the "survey security settings"
I'm be able to select user but I'm not be able to select user groups. In the select box there I can not found someone.
