Summary20841: Reorder questions/question groups: question code shown twice and group ID in front of the group name
Description

The reorder page (surveyAdministration/organize) shows every question as "g1q1: [1] g1q1 This question ...": the code appears twice, and each group header as "13425 Group A", with the group ID in front of the name.

Cause, application/controllers/SurveyAdministrationController.php (organize data, around lines 2895-2910):

  • group_text is built as $oGroup->gid . " " . group_name.
  • The question text is built as sprintf("[{%s}] %s % s", relevance, title, question), so it already contains the code, and organizeGroupsAndQuestions_view.php line 51 prints the code again as a link in front of it ("title: question").

Expected: "g1q1: [1] This question ..." (or without the relevance) and "Group A".

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open any survey with groups and questions in the classic editor.
  2. Overview questions & groups (or the survey menu) => Reorder questions/question groups.

Actual: code twice per question, group ID before the group name (screenshot).
