Summary	20822: Various strings for statistics are unstranslated
Description	To name a few: Male, Female, Yes, No, No answer, 1st, 2nd…, hours ago. Please see the screenshots below.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce Set user language to something other than English. Generate some responses for various question types. Visit the Results > Statistics view. Expected result All statistics labels are displayed in the user's language. Actual result Static statistics labels are displayed in English.
