Description

There are a new database option for Multiple choice with other
It's great , a lot of user can be happy but

It can be great to have it in options

Save Y for other on/off

  1. on by default
  2. With readonly_when_active to true
  3. Set as readonly_when_active for all existing multi choice question in activated survey.
Additional Information

Then : we don't have to manage a sid list activated before/after
And we offer a new possibility to user. (When I work in a marketing company, with paper survey : we don't have a choice for other, juste a list of other part).
