There is a stacktrace when i click any survey based on the fruity theme with the new editor enabled:

Steps To Reproduce

Unsure how to reproduce exactly, it fails for all my surveys on one environment but works on another environment.
The working environment was updated via comfortupdate from 6.17.19 -> 7.3.0 -> 7.5.0 -> 7.5.1
The failing environment was updated in 1 go from 6.17.19 to 7.5.1 based on the process described in https://www.limesurvey.org/manual/Upgrading_from_a_previous_version

After adding some debugging, the simplexml_load_string function from the stacktrace is called with this as input:

This has 2 optgroup nodes, without a wrapper node, which seems to trigger the issue.

I get the same error trying to open the theme options from the fruity theme. This too works on the environment that i updated in multiple steps via comfortupdate, but does not work on the environment that was updated in 1 go via the manual process.
