Summary20748: Survey-specific theme options are not copied when duplicating a survey
Description

When copying a survey, survey-specific theme option changes are not copied to the new survey.
The copied survey uses the same theme, but the customized theme options from the original survey are missing/reset in the copy.

This seems to be caused by the newer survey copy implementation. In older versions, copying a survey internally relied on the survey export/import mechanism. That mechanism explicitly exports and re-imports the survey-specific theme configuration, including the entries from template_configuration and the corresponding theme options.

With the newer CopySurvey service used in LimeSurvey 6.17.x, the survey itself and the selected theme are copied, but there does not appear to be equivalent logic that copies the survey-specific template_configuration entry and its options to the new survey ID. As a result, the copied survey falls back to inherited/default theme settings instead of keeping the customized Theme Options of the source survey.

Steps To Reproduce

How to reproduce:

Create a survey in LimeSurvey 6 (probably 7 is affected as well).
Select the Fruity TwentyThree survey theme.
Open the survey-specific Theme options.
Change one or more options so they differ from the inherited/default values.
Save the theme options.
Copy/duplicate the survey using the standard survey copy function.
Open the Theme options of the copied survey.

Actual result:
The survey-specific theme option changes are not copied to the new survey.

Expected result:
When copying a survey, its survey-specific theme configuration/options should also be copied.
