Steps to reproduce

  1. Set user language to something other than English.
  2. Activate a survey.
  3. Change the access mode.

Expected result

The "Updating..." string and the new access mode state string is translated to the user language.

Actual result

The "Updating..." string and the new access mode state string are displayed in English.
