Description

On the first page load, the table filters often do not work at all. For example, entering any value in a filter field (such as the token column) does not filter the table and no results are updated. At the same time, the browser console shows this JavaScript error:

If the page is then manually refreshed, the filters usually start working normally again. So the problem is intermittent, but the common pattern is: initial load fails, refresh fixes it.

This suggests that the Tokens grid is sometimes displayed without a valid Yii GridView JavaScript state/configuration on first load, causing filter-triggered AJAX updates to fail until the page is reloaded.
