Summary20628: Even after setting the "Expiry date/time", the survey list on the dashboard still displays the survey status as Ending soon.
Description

When setting "Expiry date/time" in the Publication & access menu, the survey remains displayed as "Ending soon" in the survey list on the dashboard even after the configured expiration time has passed.

The status changes to "Expired" only after the date changes.

However, responses are no longer accepted after the configured expiration time, so there does not appear to be any functional issue with the survey closing process.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Set "Expiry date/time" to the current date and time.
  2. Check the survey list on the dashboard.
  3. Set "Expiry date/time" to one day earlier.
  4. The survey status on the dashboard is displayed as "Expired".

Expected result

The survey status in the dashboard list changes to "Expired" immediately after the configured time set in "Expiry date/time" has passed.

Actual result

The survey status does not change to "Expired" until the date changes to the day after the date set in "Expiry date/time".
