Hello,

I was in the process of manual installation of Lime Survey 7.0.0 on Alma Linux 8.10 with PHP 8.1, Apache 2.4, MYSQL 8.0.

However, post successful installation on selecting new Editor and trying to create survey it gets stuck on 'checking permissions' and doesn't move ahead.
