Summary20533: Uploading an image in theme shows confirmation but the image does not appear in list until manual refresh
Description

In Theme Options > Image
After uploading an image, the logo does not appear in the list, despite the success message and generally "live" nature of the interface. I would have expected it there.

Workaround is to do a manual refresh in the browser, at which point it will appear in the list.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Theme options for Fruity Twenty Three
  2. Upload a logo file
  3. Observe "File uploaded" message, indicating success, as well as a visual soft-refresh (see screenshot showing successful upload of test.png)
  4. Select the select (dropdown) box

Expected result

My newly-uploaded image is an option in the list

Actual result

I cannot see my newly-uploaded image in the options of the select box. (see screenshot, no test.png there)
