I have tested this on production version 6.17.3 (my account, not demo) and couldn't reproduce it with the steps provided. |

Can you provide me with more information, maybe set debug=2 in the config and let em know what is the output? |

@DenisChenu did you try on same version on some of your accounts? If demo is broken than the issue is very local, opposed to something that is a bug in every instance of Limesurvey. |

hello Tibor, thank you for your replies! The issue happenss in demo as well as in our on-premises LimeSurvey (same version as demo). Can you enable debug in the demo site? |

The issue il related to a non-inizialized participants table in the database. In the previous versions of limesurvey, once activated the survey (with public registration but without the inizialized participants table) there was a message like this: " The survey has been activated. The results tables have been created successfully. This survey allows for public recording. You also need to create a table of survey participants. " Immagine 2026-05-19 171922.png (32,226 bytes) |

Demo was not on the same version. It has been fixed now, at least concerning my tests on it just now. |
