Summary20486: Personal settings: Error message not using the user-definied language
Description

Using Win 11. Main language is German. I am also assuming that the server is using German as main local but I am not sure because I am not the admin.

As you can see in the screenshot.
I setup my LimeSurvey account to English (to better make bug reports).
But the tooltip with the error message is still in German. The error is about the format in that entry field.

LimeSurvey 6.16.2 on my universities server where I am not the admin
