Quick add labels in label set doesn't generate label codes correctly (see screenshot)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create label set
  2. Add labels via Quick add labels
  3. The label codes are "undefined" and you can't save it

Expected result

Label codes should be properly generated

Actual result

Label codes are "undefined"
