Summary20456: Codemirror CKEditor plugin is missing its design
Description

While editing a question in 6.16.1 looks like codemirror is not completely working and missing its assets.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. install 6.16.1
  2. configure a form
  3. create a question
  4. edit question text
  5. push source-code button
  6. see: missing font, missing colors

Expected result

As survey adm, system adm, I would like to see formatted code while editing the source.

Actual result

Code appears unformatted, also in 6.15.9+250826

Not that this fixes only the colors a bit, not the missing monospace.
CKeditor will be thrown out anyway in v7 so it does not make sense to spend time fixing that.
