Description

The error is shown when users switch site language to "hil" (Hiligaynon/Ilonggo) but I don't know whether there might be other unrecognized locales.
This issue happens also in the limesurvey demo when you select the "hil" (Hiligaynon/Ilonggo) locale but, since in the demo installation you cannot change the site language, this happens after you log on with this language, when you open your personal settings.

Open https://demo.limesurvey.org/index.php?r=admin/authentication/sa/login and set language to "Ilonggo - Hiligaynon", then press Log in.
1st issue (minor): site is shown in english

On top right under the "demo" icon, click account.
2st issue (crash):
500: Internal Server Error - Unrecognized locale "hil".
An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request.
Please contact Administrator to report this problem.

Expected result

either have the site in "Ilonggo - Hiligaynon" or have no option to switch site language to "Ilonggo - Hiligaynon"
