I don't understand ... (look at my screenshots). I can see survey title and ID across multiple tabs with different surveys. You maybe missed that you can set the breadcrumb to "Long" from Account -> Personal Settings

I look at 3 different users: they are totally lost on the page. Where are they, what action they do.

You eyes are at a position, but the title are far of this position !

The important part: see where you are in a microsecond. You come back after a phone call or during visioconference , you look at the page: OK, I'm at this survey, and I edit the survey option. The primary information must be this one.

If you have to search on the page (like the current situation), it's broken.

Videoconference is a good example too: when you look at someone working on a video conference, the breadcrumb is nearly invisible.
