Summary20404: Exclusive option by randomized order is always on the same position
Description

I have found out that in multiple choice for example, when I set random order and exclusive option, this option is always on the 3rd position.

I saw it on multiple choice questions and array types.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. Import the attached survey
  2. Set for example SQ004 as exclusive option on multiple choice question
  3. Preview question a few times and observe that option SQ004 (d) is always on 3rd position

Expected result

With random order and exclusive option, this option's position should also be randomized.

Actual result

With random order and exclusive option, this option is always on 3rd position.

With random order and exclusive option, this option's position should also be randomized.

It's really a good solution to have exclusive option at the end.

I think we need to add a setting to Y/N set as Y by default (all surveys using this function are like this for years now, you are the 1st one to report the issue).
