Summary20403: FORUM: Trying to approve a post or create a new post results in a "404 - page not found" page
Description

I encountered the issue that I can't approve posts of new users. I only get a "404 - page not found".
When I tried to create a new post - the same.
It is possible to answer to existing posts.

Steps to reproduce

As a moderator try to approve a post of a new member of the forum (there is one in the German part).
That is: Clicking on the "Approve" button just produces a 404.
And trying to create a new topic (to be able to answer the nort approved one) leads to the same 404 page.

Expected result

I expect that more or less nothing happens; the post is approved, visible for the community - just a "normal" post

Actual result

A "404 page not found " appears

I found that it works
if I mark the post
and select "approve selected" in "Choose actions"

Seems to work now.
"New topic" works
"Reply topic" works
"Approval" - let's wait for the next candidate
