Summary20368: Prefill the survey ID when copying a survey from listsurveys view
Description

Currently when clicking on Copy in the surveyAdministration/listsurveys view three dot dropdown menu of a survey, the user is redirected to the surveyAdministration/newSurvey view and needs to select the same survey again from the list.

The purpose of this feature request is to improve UX and prefill the survey selection on surveyAdministration/newSurvey based on the survey for which the Copy button was clicked.
