Summary20328: Active survey count is not updated when deleting surveys using the survey listing mass action
Description

Admin navbar displays a count of active surveys, but this count is not updated when changes are made using the survey listing's mass action.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Create a survey
Activate it (note the count of active surveys displayed in the navbar)
Delete the survey from the survey listing mass action

Expected result

Count of active surveys is updated immediately

Actual result

Count of active surveys is not updated and requires a page reload to update it

Details Diff		 Fixed issue 20328: The active survey count in the admin menu was not updated after deleting surveys with the survey list mass action
Dev The survey list grid's AJAX update now also replaces the "Surveys" menu item, the small-screen menu and the System overview box (survey counts) from its response, which already contains the whole page		 Affected Issues
