Summary20322: Add the ability to sort the survey listing in the admin panel by last modified date
Description

it would be very useful to be able to sort the list of surveys in the admin panel by last modified date so the surveys you're working on stay near the top

this would probably need:

  • add last modified date to survey table
  • add last modified column to survey listing
  • update survey last modified date on all update queries from admin actions for that survey (survey settings, groups, questions, tokens, etc.) but do not update on respondent changing token or result

last one is the hard part as there are a lot of places that might need a change. maybe this could be handled somehow in the model layer?
