Summary20295: Dropdown menu in User Roles actions column displays incorrectly after modal is closed
Description

I am logged in as an admin. After navigating to Configuration > User Roles, in the last column there is an "Actions" section with a "..." button. The first time I click "...", a correct and readable dropdown is displayed. However, after opening one of the actions (e.g., Edit Role), closing the modal, and clicking "..." again, the dropdown menu appears broken (deformed or styled incorrectly). The correct appearance only returns after refreshing the page (F5).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log in as an admin.
  2. Go to Configuration > User Roles.
  3. In the last column, click "..." in the Actions section — the dropdown appears correctly.
  4. Open one of the actions (e.g., Edit Role).
  5. Close the modal window (e.g., Edit Role modal).
  6. Click "..." again — the dropdown appears incorrectly.
  7. Refreshing the page restores the correct appearance.

Expected result

The dropdown menu should display correctly every time the "..." button is clicked, without needing to refresh the page.
