Description

When I try to add a user to a survey and add survey participant attributes to create, an error happens. (see screenshots)

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to CPDB, create an attribute "testA" and try to add a user to a survey
  2. On the next screen drag "testA" in the middle column under "Survey participant attributes to create" and click continue
  3. Error happens, but the column has been created as far as I can tell
