It works for me. Not sure if you cleared your cache in the meantime or something. Tested in incognito mode, to make sure I start from the clean slate.

It's the reason why I create a video.

Maybe try with https://librewolf.net/ ?

I have each time … since I have 2 accounts : I must connect/disconnect a lot.

The trick to reproduce seems to be that you need to have logged in on account.limesurvey.org and marked the 'Remember me' checkbox while doing so.
Then close your browser, open it again and redo whats in the video.
