Summary20249: Importing existing LS projects (*.lss files) and copying existing LS projects is no longer possible
Description

Creating new surveys using the "+" symbol or selecting "create new survey" on the main page where all studies are listed, directly jumps into editing a new survey.

It is no longer possible to import .lsa / .lss projects, nor is it possible to copy existing surverys.

Click on "+" or "create new survey" on main page (/index.php?r=dashboard/view),

Expected result

Dialog that asks to make use of an .lsa / .lss lime survey file, or selecting a copy of an existing survey from the list.

Actual result

Directly creates a new dummy survey, and jumps into editing the first question group

Hi,
When clicking on "+" just select the option "Import survey". In v6.15.8, the page that opens is the old one, where you can also select to copy a survey

no, that is not true. When I click "+" no "import" or "copy survey" function is shown, instead you LS jumps directly into edit new survey mode.

Please have a look at the attached video, that demonstrates the problem.

Looking at your video at 0:16, when you clicked on the purple +-Button: "Umfrage importieren" is one of the three options . This was what I was talking about.

Ah, great! You are correct. There is indeed the option "import survey"... I am very sorry, was not able to see the obvious. Maybe somewhat confused because the second option on the right suggests, that this is a second option to create a new survey, which jumps directly into create new survey without import / copy option.
