| Description | In English, “First name” corresponds to "名" in Japanese. However, when the interface language is set to Japanese, “First name” is displayed as 姓, and “Last name” as 名, which is reversed. This causes confusion, especially when using placeholders to expand attributes in email templates or survey questions, since the surname and given name are swapped. | ||||
