Summary	20210: Creation of new survey is broken
Description	Hi, There is a problem with creating a new survey (+ button or “+ Create survey”). Previously, you were taken to a page where you could set the title and default language. Currently, creating a survey takes you straight to the details without a title and with a default language that cannot be changed. Best regards Benny
