Description

Grouped fields of kind radio button are not described to work together. Screen readers could misrepresent the fields.

Steps to reproduce

  1. install latest 6
  2. login as admin
  3. open General Settings page
  4. see grouped radio widgets

Expected result

Screen reader should understand relationships between fields

if grouped radio fields theme component is the same of frontend survey controllers (edit survey, fill survey) also this parts are affected.
