Summary20203: Move "Participant may save and resume later" config option
Description

In my opinion, in the Admin menu, the "Participant may save and resume later" option should be moved from the "Notifications & data" to the "Participant settings" pane. I really can't see the point in having this one option about participants in the "Notifications & data" pane.

Save and resume later are not linked to token. can be done with a free access survey.
